4. We will authorize the courier drivers to leave your parcel in safe areas of your premises if no body is home unless you contact us to disagree with "Authorize to leave".
5. For items over 30 kilograms we highly recommend you to provide a business address for the convenience of delivery. However, if you do not have a business address located in a commercial area there is a chance that your order may be cancelled by us.
Return policy
Buyers have up to 30 days to return the product if the product is defective or faulty and we will pay the return postage. We will either offer a refund or an exchange for buyers.
Change-of-mind returns are also accepted within 30 days as long as the package is not opened and the item is not used, but the buyer needs to pay the return postage. When we issue a refund we will deduct the original postage.
All returns must be sent back in original condition with everything included in the package. A restocking fee up to 30% may apply if you fail to return the item in original condition such as missing accessories,damaged packages and etc.
