At Taurus Legend, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in relation to manufacturing defects and product performance under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal and intended use of the product.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Functional failures under normal operating conditions
  • Hydraulic or mechanical issues not caused by misuse

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts
  • Damage from overloading beyond rated capacity
  • Improper assembly, modification, or unauthorised repairs
  • Commercial misuse outside intended product design
  • Damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions

Important – Inspection Before Use

Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery before use. Any visible issues should be reported immediately.

Products that have been heavily used before a fault is reported may not be eligible for return or refund. In such cases, the issue will be assessed under warranty, and repair or replacement may be provided where applicable.

Warranty Claim Process

  3. Submit photos or videos for assessment if requested
  4. Follow instructions provided by our team

Once the issue is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or parts supply.

Warranty Shipping

Depending on the nature of the issue, customers may be required to return the item or affected parts for inspection. Shipping arrangements will be advised during the claim process.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
