Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning parcels may be left at your address if deemed safe by the courier.
Delivery requirements for heavy items
Heavy items require a ground floor address with clear access. Apartments, stairs, lifts, or locked gates during the day are not suitable.

Yes, within 30 days, provided the item is unused and unopened.
Is there a restocking fee?
A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply if the item is not in resalable condition.

No, used items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
