We offer warehouse pickup for selected orders. To ensure a smooth collection process, please review the pickup policy below before visiting our warehouse.

Pickup Rules
1. Pickup During Business Hours
Pickup is available during our business hours only. Please send us an email before arrival to advise your estimated pickup time so we can prepare your order.
2. Same-Day Pickup Confirmation
For same-day pickups, you must call or email us in advance to confirm stock availability and that your order is ready for collection. Orders placed online are not guaranteed to be ready for immediate pickup unless confirmed by our team.
3. Order Verification
Your order number must be presented when collecting your order at our warehouse. If the order number is not available, a valid government-issued ID must be shown to verify your identity before the order can be released.
Important Notes
- Please do not attend for pickup without prior confirmation from our team.
- Our warehouse is not always staffed for unscheduled collections.
- Arriving without notice may result in delays or unsuccessful pickup.
- For a faster collection process, please have your order details ready before arrival.
