30-Day Change of Mind
Approved change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and unopened.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Important: Items must be inspected upon receipt before use. Products that have been heavily used prior to reporting a fault may not be eligible for return or refund.
If an item has been used extensively and subsequently fails, it will be treated as a warranty claim rather than a return. In such cases, repair or replacement may be offered in accordance with our warranty terms.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept approved change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- The return must be approved by our team before the item is sent back.
Return Condition & Fees
Returned items must be in resalable condition. If an item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply depending on the condition of the returned goods.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items

- Returns sent without prior approval
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
