Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
For heavy and bulky items, additional delivery conditions apply:
- The delivery address must be freely accessible during business hours and must not have a locked or closed front gate that prevents delivery access during the day.
- The delivery location must be on the ground floor with direct access.
- Apartment buildings, upper-level units, or locations requiring stairs, lifts, or restricted-entry access are not suitable for delivery of heavy or bulky items.
By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address meets these requirements. If delivery cannot be completed due to unsuitable access conditions, additional redelivery or return freight charges may apply.
Heavy & Bulky Items
For large or heavy items, a valid street address must be provided. PO Boxes and parcel lockers are not suitable for these deliveries.
