2. Once your payment is cleared we will dispatch your order(s) from Melbourne warehouse within 24 hours during business days.
3. Delivery time is usually between 2-7 business days depending on your location.For Melbourne,Sydney,Adelaide,Brisbane customers it normally only takes 2-4 working days.
4. We will authorize the courier drivers to leave your parcel in safe areas of your premises if no body is home unless you contact us to disagree with "Authorize to leave".
5. For items over 30 kilograms we highly recommend you to provide a business address for the convenience of delivery. However, if you do not have a business address located in a commercial area there is a chance that your order may be cancelled by us.
Return policy
Buyers have up to 30 days to return the product if the product is defective or faulty on arrival, we will pay the return postage to get the item back and offer a refund or an exchange for buyers.
Change-of-mind returns are also accepted within 30 days subject to conditions that the package is not opened and the item is not used. Also, the buyer needs to pay the return postage and the original postage will be deducted.
All returns must be packaged in sellable condition with everything included in the original package. A restocking fee up to 30% will apply if you fail to return the item in good condition, such as missing parts or accessories, damaged item after use and etc.
